Venue and Arrival
ICDDPS-8 is held on the main campus of KAIST in Daejeon, Republic of Korea. Daejeon lies about an hour south of Seoul by high-speed rail.
Arrival
Reaching the campus
Incheon International Airport is the arrival point for almost all international travel to Korea. From there the venue is about three hours, door to door, in three legs.

Door to door from Incheon International Airport (ICN), Korea’s main international gateway, travelling via Seoul.

By KTX high-speed rail. Trains run throughout the day between Seoul Station and Daejeon Station.

By taxi to the KAIST main campus in the Yuseong district, where the conference is held.

Daejeon
Daedeok Innopolis
Daedeok Innopolis comprises national laboratories, government research institutes and universities, including KAIST.
- KSTAR and the Korea Institute of Fusion Energy are about fifteen minutes from the venue.
- Seoul is one hour away by KTX, which keeps a day trip in either direction practical.
Lecture halls, poster space and any accompanying facility visits will be confirmed with the program.
